**Job Profile**- **Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Scrap Trader**
- Position: Scrap Trader (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous)
- Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Pune / Bhopal / Remote
- Experience: 5-10 years in scrap trading and steel industry markets
- Key Responsibilities
- Source and sell Ferrous and Non-Ferrous scrap in domestic and export markets.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and scrap yards globally.
- Manage import and export processes, including incoterms, logistics, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
- Monitor and analyze scrap price trends, demand-supply patterns, and competitor activities.
- Identify and develop new markets and customer segments for sustainable business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable deals in line with company targets.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction execution.
- Prepare market reports and forecasts using data analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on government regulations, international trade policies, and environmental standards affecting the scrap trade.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, or Engineering (Metallurgy/Mechanical preferred).
- 5-10 years of proven experience in Ferrous & Non-Ferrous scrap trading.
- Strong network in the steel industry (primary & secondary market).
- In-depth knowledge of scrap grades, specifications, and industry standards.
- Expertise in import/export trade operations and international scrap markets.
- Strong data analytical skills to evaluate pricing, trends, and market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations and geographies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,878.51 - ₹48,548.04 per month
