**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Company Registrations & Compliance**:
Assist in the registration and incorporation of companies, ensuring adherence to MCA and ROC guidelines. Handle compliance activities including GST filings, income tax returns, audit report preparation, and related documentation.
- **Advisory Services**:
Act as a consulting partner to clients by providing strategic advice on business growth, financial structuring, regulatory compliance, and capital raising strategies.
- **Financial Analysis & Forecasting**:
Develop financial projections and forecasts based on clients' historical performance, market trends, and industry outlook.
- **Fundraising Support**:
Assist in the fundraising process by preparing investor-ready pitch decks, financial models, and supporting documentation. Work closely with clients to present their business case to potential investors.
- **Investment Banking Consulting**:
Support clients in capital raising transactions by conducting due diligence, preparing investor communications, and coordinating with investors and financial institutions.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial compliance of private limited and LLP firms
- Proficient in handling MCA & ROC compliances and company registration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ethical judgment and professionalism
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
