Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and engineers.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order booking, dispatch, and payment collection.
- Organize promotional activities like site visits, product demos, and contractor meets.
- Regularly visit project sites to monitor product usage and maintain client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Ensure brand visibility and maintain stock levels with dealers/distributors.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly

**Experience**: 2-5 years of sales experience in the TMT or construction materials sector.
- **Languages**: Local language fluency; English and/or Tamil is a plus.
- **License**: Must possess a valid driving license and two-wheeler (if required for field travel).

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Sales volume and revenue growth.
- Number of new dealer appointments.
- Payment collection efficiency.
- Market penetration and brand visibility.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
