**Experience Required**: 2+ years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage and analyze data using Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing funnels to effectively capture leads and convert them into customers.
- Develop strategies for digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other photo editing and Video editing software to create visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.
- Identify and register for relevant industry shows and events in the USA and India to showcase our products/services.
- Need to work closely with the CEO in all the aspects of marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and subsequent optimization of acquisition & remarketing campaigns/initiatives daily.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
- Perform competitive analysis of other companies within the industry and draw and implement inferences from the data.
- Stay abreast of all trends and features on advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to enhance growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing roles.
- Proven experience running ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel creation and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
