Warehouse Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock audits.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with procurement to manage stock levels and replenish inventory as necessary.

**2. Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Motivate and manage the warehouse team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational objectives and safety practices.

**3. Operations Management**:

- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including pick, pack, and shipping.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Conduct safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor procedures to prevent accidents, spills, and other safety hazards.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory levels, shipping/receiving activity, and performance metrics.
- Manage documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless logistics operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3years of experience in warehouse management or similar role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
