**Education Coordinator**

**Company Description**

CanApprove Consultancy Services is a globally renowned immigration and education consultancy that has been providing a wide range of services like immigration, education, and legal consultation for the past two decades. The company is spread across different nations to cater to clients worldwide.

**Responsibilities**
- To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
- To achieve student invoice target by intake and assigned destination.
- Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
- Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support OM through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
- Follow up on daily basis, any type of leads assigned to them. Maintain remarks in CRM.
- Conducting small group seminars with students.
- Maintaining case records in files of individual students including referral forms, observation report, and interactions with students
- Submitting the required reports and case updates and all the documentation available to the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Any UG degree
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven Sales skills with impressive targets and experience
- Ability to convince the student to get our services.
- Fluent in English and Tamil. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the immigration or education industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
