**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate students' progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Address and manage student behavior issues in accordance with school policies.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the English department to develop and update curriculum materials.
- Integrate multimedia resources, technology, and contemporary literature to enrich the curriculum.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage student participation and critical thinking through interactive discussions and activities.
- Foster a love for reading and writing among students.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in English language teaching.
- Participate in professional development programs and workshops as required.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Assist in organizing and conducting extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates, writing competitions, and literature clubs

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in English.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with a specialization in English.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Must be familiar with the CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.
- Should possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to students' overall development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
