Job Description**:Chief Hostel Warden / Rector**

**Location**: Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul International School, Vijayawada

**Objective of the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain discipline and order across the hostel and residential campus
- Guide students in their personal, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Act as a mentor and father figure, supporting and shaping students with care and concern
- Provide spiritual and value-based guidance in alignment with Gurukul principles
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the holistic growth of students
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the team
- Ensure the hostel operates in a structured, safe, and nurturing environment
- Remain available on campus at all times, especially in emergencies
- Provide timely reports and feedback to management regarding hostel life and student welfare

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a hostel warden/rector or in a similar residential leadership role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Deep empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and handle student psychology
- Willingness to stay full-time in the campus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff and parents
- Educational qualifications in education, social service, psychology, or administration are preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
