**Summary**:
Responsibilities will include managing space planning projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all designs meet project goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop initial design concepts and collaborate with clients to refine ideas based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze space availability to determine potential constraints and opportunities.
- Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design intent and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.
- Research and stay current on industry trends and innovations in space design and technology.
- Proficiently utilize relevant software programs, including CAD, BIM, 3D modeling software, and rendering software.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a space design or architectural role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both architectural and interior design projects.
- Proficient in CAD, BIM, 3D modeling software, 3D Max, SketchUp and rendering software.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
