**Responsibilities**
- Vendor collection Back-end SPOC will be primarily responsible for vendor mis and collection related MIS.
- Be a team player and report to collection back-end operations manager
- Interact with field collections agents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
- Prepare regular reports on collections activities and presenting data.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Must be very good MS excel, MS Word skills to work on various files and quick summarization of data.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
