**Job Profile -**

Responsible for manpower, Planning & Work allocation.

Manage production activities on production floor, resource management & co ordination.

To ensuring production plan Vs. Actual is meeting the targeted level

Ø Responsible for reducing the cycle time.

Should be skilled in VMC and HMC programming, setting and training or instructing operators. Should be able to work in shifts of 10- 12 hours.

experience in programming of VMC, HMC VTL & all CNC machines with Fanuc, & Siemens controller.

Job Setting - Production Job and New Product Development.

Strong exposure to daily production and quality responsibility in HMC/VMC/CNC machines.

Continuous improvement by cycle time reduction.

Should have capable to handle the shift.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
