Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, vision, and target audience.
- Review scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to ensure alignment with project goals and creative direction.
- Select and assemble the best footage to create compelling narratives and visually engaging videos.
- Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to perform tasks such as trimming, cropping, color correction, and audio editing.
- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality and maintain viewer engagement.
- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content produced.
- Collaborate with other team members, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing and production.
- Manage and organize project files, including raw footage, audio files, and project assets, to maintain an efficient workflow and facilitate easy access to resources.
- Continuously seek feedback and actively participate in review sessions to refine and improve video content.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the video editing process.
