**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, dedicated, and fluent English-speaking professional to join as an Enquiry & Admission Facilitator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled in communication and customer service. The primary responsibility is to convert admission inquiries into successful enrollments, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for prospective students and their families. This is a target-oriented role that requires multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM and Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and engaging information about our academy, programs, teaching methodologies, and admission procedures.
- Consistently follow up with leads to drive inquiry-to-enrollment conversions.
- Maintain and update interaction records using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the academic team to schedule assessments, interviews, and other admission-related activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Manage all campus and school placement empanelment activities to expand the academy's outreach.
- Generate and present regular reports on inquiry status, admission metrics, and conversion ratios.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
