Housekeeper/cleaner

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. This role involves ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies like towels and toiletries.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Empty trash and remove waste.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and stored safely.
- Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

**Working Conditions**:
