Junior Lawyer

Conduct comprehensive legal research on immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
- Analyze case laws and legal precedents relevant to client cases.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents with current immigration standards.
- Assist in initial consultations to gather client information and understand case requirements.
- Provide updates to clients on the progress of their cases and address their concerns promptly.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Work closely with senior lawyers to develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in hearings, meetings, or mediations under the supervision of senior lawyers.
- Assist in preparing for court proceedings, including gathering evidence and witness statements.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government agencies, courts, and notaries.
- Maintain accurate records of time and tasks for billing purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and attend relevant training or workshops.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and valid bar admission.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
