**Role Overview**:
The Telecaller will be primarily responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective customers, qualifying leads, and assisting with sales-related activities. When not handling inbound calls, the telecaller will proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to drive sales and maintain strong relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound Call Handling & WhatsApp Messaging**:

- Answer inbound calls from potential clients, listen to their needs, and qualify them based on company criteria.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and answer any questions related to our kids' wear product range on WhatsApp.
- Pass lead to sales team for qualified leads - in a professional and timely manner.
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote new product offerings, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns and client outreach strategies.
- Assist with any administrative tasks related to sales, such as order confirmations, product availability checks, and delivery timelines.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, sales progress, and customer feedback to management.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or similar customer-facing role (preferably in B2B sales).
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally in Hindi, Bengali, & English.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls while maintaining quality service and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good understanding of the kids' wear industry (a plus but not mandatory).
