Centre Incharge - Rehabilitation Centre

We are looking for a Centre Incharge to lead our rehabilitation centre for individuals recovering from addiction. This is a deeply rewarding social work role that offers a safe and stable environment where your efforts directly help people rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of counsellors and support staff.
- Resident Care: Ensure a high standard of care for all residents.
- Program Oversight: Supervise the implementation of therapeutic programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous leadership experience in a social work, healthcare, or rehabilitation setting.
