- Collections / Claims / Credit Management_
- General Responsibilities_
- _Manage a collections/claims/credit mgt portfolio maintaining strong customer relations_
- _Identify and resolve customer queries & disputes related to Invoices_
- _Review & follow-up on the highly past due Invoices/ Accounts with AR Manager_
- _Liaise with other department (Credit, Sales, Billing, Customer services) in order to resolve the invoices_
- _Document all details in ERP_
- _Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information._
- _Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets_
- _Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload_
- _Assist Assistant Manager to prepare and submit reports to the customer as applicable_
- _SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating_
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes_
- _Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies (SOX (SARBANES OXLEY))_
- _Provide support to Assistant Manager for credit control activities as required_
- _Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected_
- _Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation._
- _B. Com Graduate_
- _Relevant 0-2 years of domain experience_
