As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced video editor to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
As a video editor at Puppiezo, you will be responsible for the company’s visual outlook on online and offline platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise raw video footage, audio files, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Edit video content using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci & After effects.
- Trim footage segments, arrange clips in a logical sequence, and create smooth transitions between clips.
- Add the right subtitles to the videos and ensure that they are in sync with the voiceovers.
- Incorporate graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects into the edited video.
- Colour correct and colour grade footage to achieve the desired look and feel.
- Work with the marketing team to understand the project's goals, style, and messaging.
- Receive feedback from the marketing team and make revisions to the edited content.
- Ensure final video output meets technical specifications and delivery requirements.
- Manage media assets and project files, maintaining organized archives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a video editor or in a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrable video editing skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required im video editing tools mentioned above.
- Additionally, knowledge of graphic editing tools such as photoshop and illustrator is beneficial.
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of website design, corporate identity, social media and multimedia design.
- Experience with computer-aided design.
