Our mission is to equip aspiring developers with the skills and experience needed to excel in the tech industry. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media and Recruitment Intern to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Social Media and Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, engaging with potential interns and clients, and handling recruitment-related activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, enjoys interacting with people, and is interested in gaining experience in recruitment and human resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with engaging content related to our web development and mobile Flutter internship programs.
- Interact with our followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and post job advertisements for our internship programs on various platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential interns.
- Assist with onboarding new interns and providing them with the necessary information and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and intern progress.
- Collaborate with the training team to promote upcoming training sessions and events.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of web development and mobile app development (Flutter) is a plus.
- Previous experience in social media management or recruitment is a plus.
