**Sales Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for industrial air compressor sales within the assigned region or market segment.
- Promote and sell a range of air compressor systems, accessories, and related products.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate air compressor solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Follow up on leads and prospects, providing timely quotes and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and sales opportunities.
**Service Responsibilities**:
- Provide on-site service and support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial air compressor systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of air compressors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air compressor systems, ensuring mínimal downtime for customers.
- Respond promptly to customer service calls, providing on-site service and repairs as needed.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of air compressors to extend the life and efficiency of the equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide timely feedback to the service team and management on any recurring issues or customer concerns.
- *Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical diploma
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or service in the industrial equipment sector, & fresher can also apply
compressors, pumps, or related machinery.
- Experience with diagnosing and servicing air compressors is highly preferred.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of air compressors and their components (pneumatic systems, compressors, valves, motors, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and building long-term relationships.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Proficiency in using service tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
