**We are looking for: Test Engineer,**

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- System Configuration: Configure and customize the EnergyIP platform to align with project specifications and business requirements.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EnergyIP with external systems such as Customer Information Systems (CIS), Head-End Systems (HES), etc.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, test cases, test results, and system changes.
- Support: Provide Level 2/3 support for EnergyIP-related incidents, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in EnergyIP and MDMS technologies, recommending enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
- This role is based in Chennai, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.

**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- BE/B tech degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Strong problem solving and software troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of UNIX environment with understanding of Shell/python Scripting
- Technical skills of large RDBMS like Oracle with sound knowledge of SQL
- Testing experience using API tools like SOAP UI or similar
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues, prioritize them and enjoy working with customers
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Impeccable English speaking and writing skills.
