**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Module-Specific Training**: Deliver training sessions focused on Odoo’s CRM, Sales, WMS, POS, and Accounts modules to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- **Develop Customized Training Content**: Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, tutorials) specific to CRM, Sales, WMS, POS, and Accounts modules, ensuring content aligns with business needs.
- **Support Implementation and Configuration**: Provide hands-on training in the implementation and configuration of Odoo's CRM, Sales, WMS, POS, and Accounting systems, helping users maximize the functionality of each module.
- **Post-Training Support**: Offer ongoing support for users after training sessions, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and helping with system adoption.
- **Odoo Updates and Features**: Stay updated on new releases and features related to the CRM, Sales, WMS, POS, and Accounting modules, and ensure training materials reflect the latest functionalities.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**: Work closely with team leads, managers, and clients to gather feedback and improve training approaches and content based on user needs.
- **Document and Track Progress**: Maintain records of training sessions, attendee lists, assessments, and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
