The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving e-commerce sales and growth. This includes managing the online store, optimizing the customer experience, implementing digital marketingstrategies and campaigns,

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in any field

Experience
- 2- 4 Years proven experience in E-commerce Management

Knowledge Requirements
- In depth knowledge of the e-commerce business
- Excellent Knowledge of IT & Digital Marketing

Skill Requirements
- IT and web analytics tools
- Presentation Skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy
- Manage all aspects of the online store including product listings, pricing updates, promotions

and discounts
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website
- Monitor analytics to analyze site performance and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Coordinate with third parties such as vendors, payment processors and fulfillment centers
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that arise
- Oversee content on the website including product descriptions and images
- Prepare and deliver MIS Reports on a regular basis
- Keep up with industry trends in ecommerce solutions and technologies

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
- Ecommerce: 1 year (required)
