**Reports to**: Managing Director / Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional and discreet **Personal Driver** to provide reliable and safe transportation for the Managing Director and Directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the Managing Director to and from office, meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
- Ensure timely arrival at all destinations, following the most efficient routes.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance of the vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, servicing, etc.).
- Keep records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality with regard to all personal and professional matters.
- Assist the MD with minor errands and office support when required.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the MD during all journeys.
- Comply with traffic laws and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personal or corporate driver.
- Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Physically fit and able to assist with minor lifting if necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience driving senior executives or high-level personnel.
- Defensive driving certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
