**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Conduct language training sessions for employees to improve their proficiency in written and spoken English
- Develop and implement training programs and materials to address language gaps within the company
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their language skills and communication abilities
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify training needs and devise strategies to address them effectively
- Track employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by performing administrative tasks such as arranging interviews and preparing welcome packages

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in any industry
- Strong command of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in providing language training or teaching English as a second language
- Ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
