We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Diabetologist to provide expert care and consultation to patients through online platforms. As an online Diabetologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing diabetes and related conditions remotely. You will collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, offer lifestyle advice, and monitor progress to improve their overall health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their medical history, symptoms, and health concerns related to diabetes.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with Type 1, Type 2, or gestational diabetes.
- Provide advice on diet, exercise, and medication management.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patients’ progress and feedback.
- Educate patients on proper diabetes self-management techniques, including glucose monitoring, insulin use, and lifestyle modifications.
- Offer support to patients dealing with complications associated with diabetes (e.g., neuropathy, retinopathy, cardiovascular issues).
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients coping with the psychological and emotional aspects of living with diabetes.
- Stay updated on the latest research, treatments, and medical advancements in the field of diabetes care.
- Follow ethical medical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality during online consultations.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) with specialized training in Diabetology (DM or Fellowship in Diabetology).
- Valid medical license to practice.
- Strong experience in managing diabetes patients, both Type 1 and Type 2.
- Familiarity with virtual healthcare platforms and telemedicine technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting remote consultations.
- Ability to work independently and manage patient care remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling complex diabetes-related cases or co-morbidities.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth software.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate patients in different time zones.
