**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Animation Creation**: Develop high-quality 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for videos used across digital platforms.
- **Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop storyboards for animation projects.
- **Video Production**: Handle the entire video animation process from initial concept and design to final output, including motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound synchronization.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all animated videos adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone across all projects.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure animations meet project requirements and are aligned with the overall creative vision.
- **Editing & Refining**: Edit animations and videos, refine graphics, and make revisions as needed based on feedback.
- **Software Proficiency**: Use industry-standard animation and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Maya, or others to create and finalize animations.
- **Motion Graphics**: Create dynamic motion graphics to accompany videos, presentations, and advertisements.
- **Time Management**: Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques, trends, and software updates to continually improve the animation quality and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Animator**, **Motion Graphics Designer**, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in **animation software** (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
- Solid understanding of **video production processes**, from ideation to final rendering.
- Familiarity with **video editing software** like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience in **2D/3D animation**, **motion graphics**, and **visual effects**.
- Good understanding of **graphic design principles** (color theory, typography, layout).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **video editing** and post-production.
- Knowledge of **sound editing** and audio synchronization.
- Familiarity with **WebGL** or interactive video content.
- A degree in **Animation**, **Graphic Design**, **Multimedia Arts**, or a related field.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Creative thinker with a passion for animation and video production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and suggest new ideas for video animation projects.
