**Job Title**: 3D Artist for Architecture

**Department**: Architecture

**Reports To**: Director of Architecture

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create photo-realistic 3D models and animations of architectural projects
- Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements
- Use 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software to create 3D models and animations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D technology and software

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software
- Experience in architectural visualization
- Strong understanding of 3D principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender
- Proficiency in 3D texturing software, such as Photoshop or Substance Painter
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software, such as V-Ray, Corona, or D5 Render
- Experience with architectural visualization software, such as Lumion or Enscape
- Strong understanding of 3D principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
