Tbot Techno Systems, a leading provider of end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, is seeking an Automation Expert - Admin Processes to join our team. As an Automation Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions for administrative processes to optimize business workflows. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and execute on them. **Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and implement automation solutions for administrative processes.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automation workflows and integrate with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.
- Test automation solutions to ensure they meet requirements and integrate seamlessly with clients' systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented solutions.
- Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in process automation, preferably in an IT Services environment.
- Strong experience with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
