Customer Service Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in international markets to present our digital marketing offerings.
- Identify and qualify leads, explain the benefits and features of our services, address any questions or concerns potential clients may have, and fix an appointment with the sales and marketing teams.
- Using efficient tele-calling techniques achieve or exceed predetermined sales goals and quotas.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated with the industry trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact and influence potential customers over the phone.
- Proven track record in sales or tele-calling, in an international setting.
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, having the capacity to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address challenges and meet sales targets.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with industry trends and developments in digital marketing.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
