Video Editor Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various formats (social media, YouTube, ads, presentations, etc.).
- Incorporate sound effects, voiceovers, music, transitions, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure the video content aligns with messaging goals.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design visually appealing motion graphics and animated videos to support marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Work on branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, and other print media designs.
- Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and visual consistency across devices.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the marketing and creative teams to understand project needs and goals.
- Manage multiple design and video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both video editing and graphic design.
- **File Management**:

- Organize and manage video files, design assets, and project files in a systematic manner.
- Maintain an organized archive for easy retrieval of footage and design assets.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all final outputs meet high-quality standards in terms of both visual design and technical specifications (resolution, file formats, etc.).
- Review videos and designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in video and graphic design.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Video Editing Efficiency**:

- **Time to Completion**: Average time taken to edit and deliver a video from start to finish.
- **Project Turnaround**: Number of video editing projects completed within the agreed-upon deadlines.
- **Editing Quality Score**: Feedback from internal teams or clients regarding the quality of the edited videos (creativity, visual appeal, technical quality).
- **Graphic Design Efficiency**:

- **Design Turnaround Time**: Average time taken to complete a graphic design project (e.g., social media posts, banners, etc.).
- **Design Quality Score**: Internal or client feedback on the design quality (appeal, effectiveness, creativity).
- **Brand Consistency**: Percentage of designs that align with the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Content Engagement & Impact**:

- **Social Media Engagement**: Increase in engagement (likes, shares, comments) on video and graphic content published on social media.
- **Video View Count**: Number of views, click-through rates, and engagement metrics on videos.
- **Conversion Rate**: Percentage of conversions (e.g., sales, sign-ups) generated from video and graphic content.
- **Creativity & Innovation**:

- **Creative Ideas Implementation**: Number of new and innovative video or design concepts contributed by the editor/graphic designer.
- **Adaptability to New Trends**: Ability to incorporate current trends in design and video editing into content production.
- **Originality**: Ability to deliver unique and fresh ideas that stand out in a competitive market.
- **Client/Team Satisfaction**:

- **Client/Team Feedback**: Positive feedback from clients or team members regarding the creativity, effectiveness, and timeliness of video and design work.
- **Revision Frequency**: The number of revisions required per project. Fewer revisions indicate a strong understanding of project requirements and high-quality work.
- **Quality Control**:

- **Error Rate**: Number of errors in final videos or designs (e.g., technical glitches in video or design inconsistencies).
- **Compliance with Technical Specs**: Percentage of videos and designs delivered without technical issues (resolution, formats, etc.).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
