**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain for home têxtile products.
- Source and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Coordinate product development activities, including fabric selection, sampling, and production, in collaboration with design and production teams.
- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising and sourcing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and pricing agreements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to sourcing and manufacturing practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in home têxtile merchandising, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of home têxtile products, fabrics, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and contracts, and driving cost savings initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,555.94 per month
