**Client**: One of the Big 4

We are hiring experienced Private Equity Fund Accounting professionals for our esteemed Big 4 client. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in fund accounting and operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver accurate and timely month-end PnL & NAV.
- Prepare NAV Packs and Investor Allocations.
- Handle daily journal entries, management fee calculations, reimbursement calculations, investment valuation, and financial reporting.
- Process capital calls, distributions, and waterfall distributions.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards (Indian GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP).
- Perform middle-office functions, including P&L analysis, daily cash projections, FX transfers, and reviewing client contributions/redemptions.
- Review general ledger exceptions, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage accruals for non-security-related items, including management fees and financing accruals.
- Perform securities pricing analysis and review.
- Test and improve control processes to ensure quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with client service teams for accurate and timely communication of financial information.
- Coordinate internal audits and ensure adherence to procedures.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in Portfolio Accounting, Partnership Accounting, and Investor Reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fund operations, including valuation, accounting, and payment procedures.
- High accuracy, multitasking ability, and ability to handle pressure, especially at month-end.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in bespoke fund accounting platforms for AIF and PE clients.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
