**What do you expect to gain**
You are joining a team of dedicated IT professionals with strong understanding of the commercial vehicle business. You will gain in depth understanding and hands on experience on how technology shapes the future logistics and transportation industry. You will take a leadership role to create a flexible, scalable, secure IT solutions which caters to challenges of an OEM.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent the Technology team in Enterprise Architectural forum
- Own and update the domain level IT architecture diagram
- Ensure zero technical debt and provide reviews on the magnitude of existing shortcomings along with mitigation plan and estimate
- Be proactive and propose ways to reduce overall IT costs
- Participate in IT pre studies and provide high level IT solution proposal along with time and effort estimate.
- Ensure necessary architectural documentations are kept updated ( Solution architecture, Integration model and Interface model)
- Has a good understanding of IT Security principles and guide IT team to close security threats in our solutions as per guidelines from UD Security Office
- Support IT team to diagnose P1s and repetitive technical issues and help them with find RCAs.
- Perform quick proof of concepts based on new business needs
- Minimum of 20+ years experience working in IT design and development
- Business Knowledge:

- Worked on IT solutions in CAD/PLM (Engineering domain)
- Technical
- Understanding / experience working in PTC Windchill, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA, AR/VR etc
- Multi platform knowledge (Java/.Net,C, C++, FORTAN, Python) etc
- Has worked on various Integration platforms like MQ and APIs
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence,
- Has designed databases on MS-SQL, Oracle and Access
- Has worked on the cloud platforms ( AWS, Microsoft Azure,)
- Has good understand of Identity access management techniques and IT security principles.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences including C* executives and line of business personnel
- Proven experience in agile / scrum environment is a must
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
- Have worked in a multi-cultural environment ( eg: Japanese companies)
