Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect moulds and tooling for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Verify conformance to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and report quality issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and production staff to resolve quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a tool room or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of tool room practices, plastic mould injection, and quality control principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality control tools.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and measurement instruments (e.g., CMM, calipers)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
