Job Description: Remote Credit Card and Insurance Specialist

Position: Remote Credit Card and Insurance Specialist Company: Choice Company Location: Remote/Work from Home

**Responsibilities**:
Provide expert guidance to customers remotely in selecting the most suitable credit card options and insurance plans based on their needs, preferences, and financial situation.

Conduct thorough assessments of customer profiles and financial information remotely to determine creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding credit card and insurance matters remotely and in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams remotely, such as underwriters, risk assessors, and claims departments, to ensure seamless processing and delivery of credit card and insurance services.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to credit cards and insurance products through remote learning resources and online platforms.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and account information using remote CRM software or secure databases.

Participate in remote training sessions and professional development activities to enhance knowledge of credit card and insurance products and industry best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
