**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property site visits with prospective clients
- Follow up with incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and features
- Coordinate with the back-office team for marketing and property documentation
- Maintain a daily log of client interactions and visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable with field work and flexible working hours
- Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel
- Basic knowledge of real estate market in Delhi NCR
- Fluent in Hindi; English communication is a plus

**Salary**: Competitive, with performance-based incentives
