Injection Moulding Operations: -Supervisedaily operations of injection moulding machines and equipment. -Ensureoptimal machinesetup, including adjusting parameters for moulding quality and efficiency. -Troubleshootand resolveissues with themachines, moulds, and production processes. Quality Control: -Monitorproductquality to ensureit meets specifications and standards. -Conductregularinspections and tests on moulded products, adjusting processes as needed. -Implementcorrectiveactions to address quality issues. TeamManagement: -Lead,train, and motivatea team of injection moulding operators and technicians. -Provideguidanceon bestpractices, safety protocols, and operational improvements. -Allocatetasksand monitorteam performanceto ensureproductivity targets are met. -Conductperformanceappraisals and assist with recruitment and staffing. Machine and Equipment Maintenance: -Ensureregularmaintenanceand upkeep of injection moulding machines. -Coordinatewith maintenanceteams formachinerepairs and upgrades. -Maintainrecordsof machinemaintenanceand any downtime. Production Scheduling and Planning: -Workwiththeproduction managerto plan and scheduleinjection moulding activities. -Ensurethatproduction deadlines are met whilemaintaining the required product quality. -Adjustschedulesbased on machineavailability, material supply, and workforce. Health and Safety Compliance: -Ensurecompliancewith all safety regulations in the moulding area. -Conductsafety training sessions for operators and ensure safe working conditions. -Implementsafety measuresto minimizerisks and accidents. Process Improvement: -Identify areas for improvement in themoulding process to enhanceproductivity and reduce costs. -Suggestandimplementprocessimprovements based on data analysis and feedback. -Continuously monitorproduction metrics to ensure high efficiency
