Ø Daily Residents room Rounds

Ø Monthly billing Follow ups (To the Attender for quires) & Due collection

Ø Collection cash Note Maintenance - day end

Ø Arranging rooms for admission

Ø Admission follow up

Ø Refund Follow up

Ø PPT- Presentation - monthly once

Ø Vendor’s payment follow up (Ambulance, food, laundry, others if any)

Ø Petty cash note maintenance - daily

Ø Premises Enquiry, Lead enquiry, direct call enquiry - Explaining Care plan, Service, Tariff details

Ø Already enquired visit facility rounds, Attenders visit, Attender call, Attender requested for video call

Ø Google sheet (Lead & Snf room )

Ø Booking outside Specialist opinion - Patient Follow up

Ø Patient review from GWEC to hospital, Arranging Transportation for them - If any

Ø Preparing Indent & Follow up - monthly

Ø Raising Complaints - If any

Ø Housekeeping supervising

Ø Check if Bio waste & corporation wasted collected

Ø Maintenance work if any - follow up with Mr.David

Ø Maintain the Staff Attendance (Leave & Permission Form) - weekly once

Ø Maintain the Housekeeping Attendance

Ø Invoice cancellation form details and mailing

Ø Receive payment in docengage

Ø Maintaining Petty cash - care admin, Team A & Team B (Staff Nurse floor) mailing by daily

Ø Maintaining the refund details and mails

Ø Preparing Medical & Staff certificate for residents - if any

Ø Preparing Discharge Summary - if required

Ø Staff nurse attendance checking by daily and nurse shortage complains follow up.

Ø Saraswathi stores things ordering and hand over to staffs, arranging laundry person to collect the clothes for 1 patient (commodore)

Ø Going outside for patient clothes for stitching, Medicines and other things

Ø Going to bank for deposit cash & Cheque - if any

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
