Job Title: Solar Marketing and Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Solar Marketing and Sales Representative will promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The position's primary focus will be to generate leads, cultivate relationships, and close sales with potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to promote solar energy solutions.
- Identify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold-calling.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for solar solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential customers, outlining the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Follow up with customers to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on industry trends and network with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions and the renewable energy industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
