**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Screening and Interviewing**:
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Consult with clients to define job requirements and establish hiring criteria.
- **Job Posting and Advertising**:
- **Database Management**:
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting activities and outcomes to management.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of successful placements across various industries and job levels.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
