**Job Title: Survey Officer (Land Surveyor)**

**Location**: Vithalapur, Gujarat **(Construction Site)**

**Experience Required**: 2 to 5 years

**Education**:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

**Package**: _**3.5 LPA to 5 LPA**_

**Client**: _Japanese MNC Construction Company_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct topographic and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other modern surveying instruments.
- Mark layout points for excavation, foundation, columns, slabs, roads, and utilities as per architectural and structural drawings.
- Maintain accurate survey records including benchmarks, coordinates, and control points.
- Verify survey work performed by subcontractors or third parties to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors for proper setting out of works.
- Conduct regular checks on levels and dimensions throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings and contribute inputs for project progress reporting.
- Support boundary demarcation, area calculations, and resolve level-related site issues.
- Ensure that all surveying activities are conducted in compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related survey tools.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of site execution workflows and setting out techniques.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D for data plotting and as-built documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to challenging site conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of on-site survey experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial construction.
- Certification in Land Surveying is preferred but not mandatory.
