**Job Title: Female (Nurse)**

**Job Summary**:
The Female Hostel (Nurse) is responsible for overseeing the well-being of female hostel residents, with a special focus on healthcare support. The role combines hostel administration with basic nursing care to support the students' health and discipline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations and discipline of the female hostel.
- Monitor students’ attendance, movement, and curfew adherence.
- Provide basic first aid and nursing care to residents when needed.
- Maintain student health records and monitor sick students.
- Arrange for medical appointments and emergency care as necessary.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas.
- Maintain medical inventory and supplies in the hostel.
- Serve as a liaison between students and parents for health and welfare matters.
- Provide emotional and moral support to students.
- Maintain proper documentation related to hostel administration and healthcare.
- **Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing preferred).
- Registered Nurse with relevant certifications.
- Experience in hostel management or residential care preferred.
- Compassionate, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to reside on campus and work flexible hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
