**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Ceramic Tile Production Sorter, you’ll meticulously inspect, classify, and prepare ceramic tiles following the firing/glazing process. Your role helps ensure only high-quality tiles—free from defects like cracks, warping, discoloration, or glaze issues—proceed to packaging, enhancing brand reputation and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect freshly fired or glazed tiles for cracks, chips, warping, spots, dents, uneven color, and shade variation.
- Separate tiles into quality grades (e.g., A/B/C/reject/discard)
- Reject and document unacceptable tiles.
- Collaborate with packaging teams: align tiles, pack them carefully in cartons or pallets, and ensure proper labeling.
- Log grades, rejection counts, and shade variations to support inventory tracking and quality audits.
- Work alongside conveyors and tile grading machinery, notifying supervisors if jams or defects occur.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school OR diploma
- **Experience**: 0 to 2 Years

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
