**JOB BRIEF: - **Our innovative and growing company is looking for a cloud Telecalling Marketing Executive. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or concerns
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information
- Address customer queries and objections effectively to convert leads into sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Document call activities, outcomes, and customer feedback in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead generation, and sales performance

**EDUCATION**
- **Minimum Education: - **Graduate in any discipline

**EXPERIENCE & Skills**
- Minimum of 2+ years of IT or related products
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
