**The Opportunity**:
Welcome to UX Foundation, where we're on a mission to create a leaner, more intuitive, familiar and delightful user experience for developers. We are a Platform-focused team that dreams big, telling stories about how Postman could be better to other teams and stakeholders. Our contributions to the Product organization also include developing scalable components, maintaining the Design System, and supporting teams with tailored solutions.

**What you'll do**:

- Design at scale, creating solutions and components that accommodate diverse business needs.
- Solve design problems with well-informed solutions, balancing user, business, and technical constraints.
- Foster collaboration by building trust with team members and stakeholders.
- Constantly grow your understanding of API development and monitor users’ feedback to better comprehend their needs and come up with more user-centric solutions.

**About You**:
We're looking for someone who:

- Has an eye for well-designed, functional products.
- Can communicate ideas visually through quick, low-fidelity mockups and craft detailed high-fidelity prototypes.
- Has a proven experience working with Developer and Product teams across the entire Product Development life-cycle.
- Has collaborated before across teams and locations, especially in a remote work environment.
- Values giving and receiving feedback as a crucial part of teamwork.
- Has experience with Design Systems, creating reusable UI components, and defining interaction behaviors and patterns.
- Ideally has 3 to 6 years working in B2B / SaaS / Product environments, and a basic understanding of APIs and Postman's domain (though this isn't mandatory; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are).
