Key responsibility areas:
A facultymember is expectedto undertake responsibilities in:
- Curricular development
- Teaching and managingcourses
- Assessing learning units and mentoring /evaluating students and/ or studentprojects
- Facilitate industry engagements through collaborative projects,Jury assessments, seminars, events and guest lectures
- Conduct research, securegrants in areas of personaldomain as well as those in the School’s purview
Experience required:
- Behavioral Science and Ergonomics
- HMI/ GUI/ HCI/HRI
- Usability studies (used cases,heuristics evaluation)
- Cognitive science
- Mental models, task flows,Information Architecture and Navigational Design
- User-centered design research,
- Conversational, Hapticsand such otherforms of interactions salient to connective and immersive technologies
- Principles of UI & UX Design
**Software skills**
- Proficiency required in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, unity, Adobe XD, Figma

Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Design with First Class M. Des / M.Tech / M. Arch, 10 years of Teaching experience of which 3 years as Associate Professor OR
- M. Des with 18 years of with min 10 years Teaching Experience
**Associate Professor**:
Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Design with First Class in M. Des / M.Tech / M. Arch with 6 years as full time Assistant Professor experience OR
- M. Des with min 15 years of Experience with min 8 years of Teaching Experience.
**Assistant Professor**:
Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Design with 0-2 years as fulltime / part time faculty OR
- First Class in M. Des with 6 years of experience with min 3 years of teaching OR
- First Class in B. Des / BFA with 10 years of experience with min 5 years of teaching
