**Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate Sales)**
**Location**: Nagpur
**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Education**: Graduate in BBA, B.Com, or any relevant field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive real estate sales by identifying and pursuing potential clients and properties in Nagpur.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential buyers.
- Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the purchasing or leasing process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and property listings in Nagpur.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Manage client inquiries, sales documents, and closing processes.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in Nagpur.
- Strong understanding of the Nagpur real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing sales.
- A graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or any relevant field.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
