Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, ensuring that they meet hotel standards.

2. Restock Linens and Amenities: Replenish linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.

3. Maintain Public Areas: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.

4. Operate Cleaning Equipment: Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.

5. Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

6. Maintain Inventory: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.

7. Work Safely: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

2. Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

3. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently.

4. Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Skills**:1. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

2. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

4. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
